LOCATION:
Meet at the Cedar Grove Area, Bidwell Park Chico CA.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Don't forget to bring your stroller, a mat/blanket, water, snacks, sunscreen and your child(ren)!

POLICIES:
A minimum of 6 weeks postpartum, or 8 weeks for c-section deliveries, in order to participate in any class.
*Doctors note required for earlier participation.
